Chapter 66: Green Snakes Arent Poisonous

Xanqer raised an eyebrow, looking back to see what Meesha was screaming about. He saw a long green snake, crawling towards them on the green grass. He frowned, his eyes narrowing as he watched the snake.

When he looked back, the snake, who was charging towards them, turned back immediately. But as it was about to run, Xanqer caught it by the neck. The snake shook and tried to escape, but Xanqer gripped it tightly.

Meesha screamed again, her voice shrill with fear. "Xanqer, don't touch it! It's poisonous!"

Xanqer chuckled, his eyes glinting with amusement. "Green snakes aren't poisonous," he said, his voice low and husky.

Meesha's eyes widened in horror as Xanqer moved the snake closer to her. She screamed again, her voice shrill with fear. "Xanqer, get that thing away from me!"

Xanqer just laughed, amused by her fear. He teased Meesha with the snake, moving it closer and closer to her face. Meesha shrieked and squirmed, trying to get away from the snake.

"Xanqer, stop it!" she screamed. "You're scaring me!"

Xanqer just chuckled, his expression entertained. "I'm just trying to educate you about snakes," he said, his voice teasing, "Green snakes are harmless."

Meesha glared at him, crossing her arms. "I don't care if it's harmless or not. I don't like snakes, and I don't want it near me."

Xanqer sighed, his voice filled with amusement. "Fine," he said, "I'll let it go." He released the snake, and it slithered away into the grass.

Meesha breathed a sigh of relief, her heart still racing with fear.

After releasing the snake, Xanqer teased Meesha again, pretending to see another snake. "Oh no, there's another one!" he exclaimed, his voice full of mock alarm.

Meesha screamed, her eyes wide with fear. She frantically looked around, but there was no snake in sight. She glared at Xanqer, her eyes flashing with annoyance.

"You're such a jerk!" she exclaimed, hitting him playfully on the arm. "That's not funny!"

Xanqer let out a slight chuckle and rubbed her hair. "You're such a scaredy-cat."

Just then, dark clouds rolled in, covering the sky. Thunder boomed and crackled, making Meesha jump. And then, just as suddenly, the rain started pouring down, coming down in sheets.

Meesha screamed, covering her head with her hands. "Xanqer, let's go inside!" she exclaimed, tugging on his arm as they rose up.

As she turned to run, Xanqer held her wrist and pulled her towards himself, sweeping her into his arms. His hands wrapped around her, holding her close as the rain poured down around them.

Meesha looked up at him, her eyes locking onto his. Xanqer's eyes were warm and gentle, his gaze soft as he looked at her.

The rain poured down around them, soaking them to the skin. Meesha's hair was plastered to her head, and her clothes were clinging to her body. Xanqer's hair was wet and messy, and his clothes were soaked through.

But despite the rain, they just looked at each other, their eyes locked in a romantic gaze. Xanqer's arms were wrapped tightly around Meesha, holding her close as the rain poured down around them.

Xanqer looked into her eyes, his voice husky. "Have you ever kissed under the rain?" he asked, voice laced with amusement.

Meesha felt his breath on her skin, and she felt a flutter in her chest. She shook her head, her voice caught in her throat.

"Me neither," he said, his deep, smooth voice intoxicating her like fine wine. "Want to try?"

Meesha looked up at him, her heart pounding in her chest. She nodded, her eyes locked onto his.

Xanqer tilted his head, his eyes fixed on her lips. He moved closer, his lips inches from hers. Meesha anticipated, her heart racing with excitement.

And then, just as the rain poured down around them, Xanqer kissed her.

Meesha closed her eyes, kissing him back. The rain fell around them, soaking them to the skin, but they didn't care. They just kissed, lost in the moment.

The kiss was slow and passionate, their lips moving in sync as they stood there under the rain. Meesha wrapped her arms around Xanqer's neck, holding him close as they kissed. The rain poured down around them, but they just kept kissing, lost in the romance of the moment.

As they walked inside the kitchen, Meesha sneezed, her body shaking with the sudden movement. "Aachoo!" she exclaimed, her eyes watering.

Xanqer looked at her, a hint of amusement in his eyes. "You're too delicate," he teased, his voice low and husky. "Just a little rain and you've already caught a cold."

Meesha pouted. "I'm not delicate!" she protested, her voice indignant. "You're the one who's… Achoo!"

Meesha sneezed again in the middle of her sentence.

Xanqer chuckled, then went to the guest bathroom and brought back a towel. "Here, let me help you dry off," he said, his voice soft and gentle.

Meesha nodded, her eyes locked onto his. Xanqer looked down at her and began to dry her face with the towel.

Meesha closed her eyes, feeling the softness of the towel against her skin. She felt a sense of relaxation wash over her as Xanqer gently dried her face.

Then, Xanqer moved on to her hair, gently blotting it with the towel. Meesha felt his fingers tangling in her hair, and she shivered at the touch.

As he dried her hair, Meesha got tired of standing and sat down on the dining chair. Xanqer helped her dry her hair with the towel, his fingers gently working out the tangles.

After he dried her hair, Meesha looked up at him, smiling. The towel was still on her head, and her hair was messy underneath. She looked adorable, her eyes crinkling with a smile.

Xanqer's eyes was filled with adoration as he smiled back at her. Meesha removed the towel from her head, her hair messy.

"Buy more Jelly Bliss Bites on your way back from your office tomorrow, okay?" she said.

"Okay, darling," he said, his voice low and husky.

Meesha's heart skipped a beat at the endearment, and she felt a flutter in her chest. She smiled up at Xanqer, feeling happy and content in his presence.
