Chapter 9: Discovering the True Potential

Chapter 9: Discovering the True Potential

The sun was rising on the horizon, illuminating the private beach where Talión, Luz, Azrat and Aurora had settled for a week of intensive training. The waves gently broke on the shore, creating the perfect atmosphere to test your limits.

Aurora, with her characteristic enthusiasm, approached the group holding a state-of-the-art drone.

"Guys, today we are going to record our training sessions from the air!" he announced with a smile. This will help us analyze our techniques and improve.

"Great!" Azrat replied, adjusting his sunglasses. I always wanted to see myself in slow motion.

Luz let out a laugh, while Talión watched the sea with a thoughtful expression.

"Ready for the warm-up?" Aurora asked.

The group nodded and went to the water.

  ?

  Training at sea

The first hours passed between endurance and speed exercises. Aurora handled the drone, capturing every movement from the heights.

"Talion, try to increase the speed in this stretch!" Aurora indicated through the drone's speaker.

Talion nodded and began to swim harder. Without realizing it, his body was perfectly synchronized with the rhythm of the sea, reaching an impressive speed.

From the drone, Aurora watched in amazement as Talión moved through the water with a speed that rivaled the fastest marine animals. He recalled that the sailfish, considered one of the fastest, could reach speeds of up to 110 km/h.

  "Unbelievable...!" she murmured to herself.

At the end of the stretch, Azrat and Luz approached Talión, panting.

"Since when do you swim like that, brother?" Azrat asked, surprised.

If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, it's taken without the author's consent. Report it.

Talion, still catching his breath, replied:

"I don't know... I just got carried away."

Aurora landed the drone and joined the group.

"Guys, you have to see this," he said, showing the recording on his tablet.

On the screen, Talión appeared moving through the water with an elegance and speed that left everyone speechless.

"Talion..." Luz began. Have you been holding back all this time?

  Talion shook his head.

"I don't think so... I just felt something different today."

  Aurora smiled.

"So, from now on, we will train so that you always feel that." You have incredible potential, Talión.

Comic scenes and moments of camaraderie

After the intense training, the group decided to relax at Azrat's house. They met in the main room, where a video game console was waiting for them.

"Who is ready for a beating in the racing game?" Azrat challenged, taking control.

"Don't even dream about it, blond!" Luz replied, sitting next to her.

Talión and Aurora joined, and soon the room was filled with laughter, shouts of victory and friendly complaints.

"That was cheating!" Aurora exclaimed, after Talión overtook her at the last second.

"Everything is valid on the track, coach." Talión joked.

The night progressed between jokes and anecdotes, further strengthening the team's ties.

  ?

The night and the incident in the room

Around midnight, everyone retired to their rooms. Silence reigned in the house, interrupted only by the soft murmur of the sea.

Luz, half asleep and disoriented, left her room in search of the bathroom. Without realizing it, he opened the wrong door and entered Talión's room.

"Wow..." he murmured, rubbing his eyes. When did I change the decoration?

Without thinking much about it, he slipped under the covers and closed his eyes.

Minutes later, Talión, in a state of sleepwalking, turned and hugged Luz, muttering:

  —Mmm... my favorite stuffed animal...

Luz tensed up, feeling the heat of Talión's body against hers.

"T-Talion..." he whispered, trying to free himself gently.

But Talión hugged him tighter, bringing his face closer to Luz's neck.

"You're so soft..." he murmured, brushing Luz's skin with his lips.

Luz's heart was beating hard, a mixture of nervousness and something else she couldn't identify.

"T-Talion, wake up..." he tried again, but his voice was barely a whisper.

At that moment, Talion opened his eyes slowly, realizing the situation.

"Light...?" What are you doing here? -he asked, letting go immediately and sitting on the bed.

Luz, red like a tomato, replied:

"I'm sorry... I got the wrong room...

There was an awkward silence before they both started laughing softly.

"Well, at least now I know you're talking asleep." Luz joked, getting up.

"And I want you to get into other people's beds." Talión replied, smiling.

Luz went to the door, but before leaving, she turned around and said:

  "Good night, Talion."

  "Good night, Luz."

The door closed gently, leaving Talión alone in the room, reflecting on what happened.
