Chapter Fifteen Preparations
When Autumn Water and Ninth Uncle finished listening to Mr. Fengshui's statement, they were both secretly shocked, never expecting such a big storm.
The Feng Shui master said everything after, has been on his last breath, his life is almost gone.
Jiǔ shū saw Fēng Shuǐ Xiānshēng's situation and his heart was slightly moved, he asked: "Fellow Taoist, do you still have any unfulfilled wishes?"
Master Fengshui looked at everything in front of him, recalling his life's experience, secretly sighing, and then smiled at Ninth Uncle: "Fellow Taoist, you've taken on a good apprentice."
Jiǔ shū tīng dào fēng shuǐ xiān shēng de huà hòu zhī dào lìng yǒu hán yì, wèn dào: "dào yǒu, nǐ yǒu shén me jiù shuō chū lái ba, wǒ jǐn liàng huì bāng nǐ wán chéng xīn yuàn de."

Ninth Uncle heard Mr. Fengshui's words and knew there was another meaning, so he asked: "Fellow Taoist, just say what you have to say, I'll try my best to help you fulfill your wish."
"I and my fellow disciples have learned the skills of our ancestors all our lives, but unfortunately, it has been interrupted until my generation!" Mr. Fengshui sighed and took out two books from his pocket, pleading with Jiuzi: "I hope you can pass on the teachings of our school, don't let the orthodox way of our sect be cut off, I hope that when we meet in the underworld, our ancestors will not blame me for being an unfilial disciple!"
Just as Master Fengshui's life was hanging by a thread, Ninth Uncle nodded solemnly and said, "Don't worry, fellow Taoist, I'll definitely help you achieve it."
After hearing Ninth Uncle's words, Feng Shui Master slowly closed his eyes, and his breathing stopped completely.
Jiushu sighed and said, "Alas! How sad!" Then Jiushu instructed Qiushui, "Qiushui, go to the mortuary and prepare a good coffin. We will bury this Taoist friend together as master and disciple. I hope he has a smooth journey."
"Master, he was bitten by a zombie before he died and has already been poisoned to the heart. He will become a zombie tonight, let's put him in a coffin..."
Jiǔ shū niǔ tóu wàng le yǎn qiū shuǐ, dào: "Fàng xīn, nǐ qù zǔ shī líng pái qián ná yī zhī táomù zānzi."

Ninth Uncle turned his head and glanced at Qiu Shui, saying: "Don't worry, go to the ancestral tablet and take a peach wood hairpin."
Qiu Shui suddenly enlightened after hearing Jiu Shu's words and understood his meaning, then felt like rushing to worship the ancestral temple.
Inside the hall, lanterns, candles, oil lamps and incense sticks filled the entire room. In front of the hall, there was a yin-yang fish pattern of Tai Chi, while below the hall, in the center, a dustpan was placed, with three hairpins on the side, which were carved from 100-year-old peach wood and had been infused with magical powers over the years, making them an effective tool for exorcising demons.
After entering the spiritual hall, Qiu Shui first offered a stick of incense to their ancestors and then took a hairpin from the incense table and walked out to hand it over to Ninth Uncle.
Jiǔ shū jiē dào zān zi hòu, chén yùn le piàn kè, shēn chū shí zhǐ yǔ zhōng zhǐ fàng dào zuǐ biān yǎo pò, duì zhe zān zi shàng yī mǒ, suí hòu jìng kōng huà fú, huà wán fú hòu, zān zi jìng rán fā chū dào dào jīn guāng.
When Ninth Uncle finished his spell, he held the pointed end of the peach wood hairpin in his hand and inserted it into the heart of the already deceased Feng Shui Master.
When the peach wood hairpin of Ninth Uncle touched Mr. Fengshui's skin, it suddenly emitted a golden light and burst into waves of green smoke. After the entire peach wood hairpin was inserted into his heart, Ninth Uncle immediately pulled it out.
After the ninth uncle pulled out the hairpin, the hairpin was already a black piece, corroded by the corpse's aura to this extent. Seeing the situation in front of him, the ninth uncle's pupils shrank and he said in a low voice: "What a fierce corpse poison! What a fierce Golden Armor Corpse King!"
Then Ninth Uncle handed the peach wood hairpin to Qiushui and instructed, "Qiushui, go wash the peach wood hairpin with glutinous rice water, then put it back in the ancestral hall."
"Yes, Master." Qiu Shui nodded in response.
The peach wood hairpin pierced through his heart, and Mr. Fengshui will no longer become a zombie.
Then, Qiū Shuǐ and Jiǔ Shū put Fēng Shuǐ Xiānshēng into an empty coffin in the Yì Zhuāng, and Jiǔ Shū performed a ritual to help his soul ascend.
After finishing the spell, Jiǔ Shū scattered a handful of paper money towards the sky and said: "Dust returns to dust, earth returns to earth, rest in peace! After my master and I have dealt with this corpse, we will definitely find a good burial site for our fellow Taoist and his senior brother."
After Jiū Shū finished helping Fēngshuǐ Xiānshēng with the super-degree, Qiūshuǐ spoke to Jiū Shū in a low voice: "Master, Rèn Lǎo Tàiyé has absorbed the corpse energy of that Golden Armor Corpse King and evolved into a Golden Armor Corpse. What should we do?"
"Ah, the Golden Armor Corpse, it's so easy to deal with, unfortunately, Old Man Ren will arrive tonight and there isn't much time. If I had gathered all the sect members, we would have definitely been able to eliminate it. Now, we can only do our best. Tonight, we absolutely cannot let this Golden Armor Corpse escape." Ninth Uncle said solemnly after hearing Autumn Water's words.
"Yes, Master." Autumn Water knew that there was no other way now and could only do her best.
"Wait." Just as Qiū Shuǐ was about to turn around and go back inside to clean up, Jiǔ Shū called out to him.
"What's wrong, Master?" asked Qiū Shuǐ with concern.
Jiǔ shū liǎn sè yǒu xiē bù zhèng cháng chí huì de yī huì, shēn shǒu zhāi xià le gěng zi shàng de hú lu diào diàn, cháo zhe qiū shuǐ rēng le guò qù, dào: "Nà zhī nǚ guǐ zài hú lu lǐ."

The ninth uncle's face was somewhat abnormal, hesitated for a moment, stretched out his hand to take off the gourd pendant from his neck and threw it towards Qiū Shuǐ, saying: "That female ghost is inside the gourd."
Qiu Shui was shocked after hearing the news. Since that night, Qiu Shui thought Xiao Yu had gone to reincarnate, but unexpectedly she was caught by Ninth Uncle.
After finishing speaking, Ninth Uncle felt a bit uneasy in his heart, but still pretended as if nothing had happened and walked into the house.
"Hurry up like a law enforcement order." After seeing Ninth Uncle leave, Autumn Water quickly cast her spell on the gourd.
A puff of blue smoke emerged from a small gourd, and as the smoke gradually dissipated, the figure of a female ghost named Xiaoyu was revealed.
Xiaoyu was sealed in the gourd, now suddenly coming out a bit tense and ready to escape, but seeing the person standing in front of her was Qiushui, Xiaoyu's cheeks flushed as she said: "Thank you, benefactor."
"Xiao Yu, what's going on? How did you get caught by my master?" asked Qiushui with a puzzled expression.
After listening to Xiaoyu's words, Qiushui only knew that after Xiaoyu returned to the tomb, she discovered the mysterious Taoist priest and wanted to follow him to see what was going on. However, she didn't expect that after following him, the mysterious Taoist priest and another Taoist priest actually entered an ancient tomb, which happened to be located below Xiaoyu's own tomb. Of course, Xiaoyu wanted to go take a look.
But Xiaoyu was afraid of being discovered by those two mysterious Taoists, so she waited until they had gone in for a while before following them. However, when Xiaoyu went in, she found that the two mysterious Taoists were actually fighting with a zombie. Xiaoyu had never seen such a far-fetched battle beyond his level, and he hastily ran out of the ancient tomb with a shiver.
Xiao Yu hid in a corner outside the ancient tomb and didn't dare to come out even when another zombie entered.
Not long after another zombie went in, Xiaoyu saw a Taoist priest covered in blood crawling out. However, the Taoist priest was stained with blood, and Xiaoyu couldn't get close, so she could only follow from afar.
People who have achieved great things in their cultivation are full of vital energy and yang qi, ordinary ghosts and monsters dare not approach them, otherwise they will be seriously injured or even dissipated. In addition to cultivators who have achieved great things, there are also ancient generals from the battlefield, whose blood contains a fierce aura, and high-ranking martial artists with strong and powerful blood. When ghosts and monsters see these people, they all hide far away.
Xiao Yu saw Qiushui going to search the mountain, wanted to inform her, but at that time it was noon, the sun was high in the sky, Xiao Yu didn't dare to show up, guessing that as soon as she came out, she would be evaporated by the yang energy.
However, by the time Ninth Uncle left, the sun was already setting, and Ninth Uncle came out of the tomb and followed the spider silk to find something. He happened to pass by Xiaoyu's hiding place and found Xiaoyu. After Xiaoyu told Ninth Uncle everything, Ninth Uncle said to Xiaoyu to follow him back to Yizhuang. After all, Ninth Uncle discovered unusual things in the ancient tomb, who dared to lightly determine Xiaoyu's words? Later, regardless of whether Xiaoyu agreed or not, he directly put Xiaoyu into the gourd.
Later, Jiuhui returned and heard the words of the rescued Taoist priest, knowing that the female ghost's words were not false. However, he brought them back, but Jiuhui was too embarrassed to lower his head, so he directly handed over the matter to his disciple Qiushui for handling.
After listening to Xiaoyu's explanation, Qiushui felt a bit speechless towards Jiu Shu and looked at Xiaoyu with a helpless expression: "Xiaoyu, there's nothing else now, why don't you go back first?"
"Gongzi, Xiaoyu just heard your conversation with your master and knows that there's another powerful zombie coming. Gongzi, why don't you let Xiaoyu stay behind? At night, I can also help out a bit!" Xiaoyu said pitifully to Qiushui, her eyes filled with misty tears, looking like she would cry if he didn't agree.
Qiu Shui saw it and was at a loss for words. He steeled himself and said, "Alright then, but I have to go ask Master first."
After saying this, Qiū Shuǐ felt a bit regretful. Jiǔ Shū was after all a person who firmly opposed the idea of Daoist cultivators raising ghosts.
It is said that humans belong to yang and ghosts belong to yin. When humans and ghosts are together for a long time, it's either yin prevails or yang declines. This means that when human yang energy becomes stronger, the ghost's yin energy will gradually weaken. If yin energy is strong, then it goes without saying that human yang energy will also gradually weaken. When yang energy is exhausted, it is the time of death. Of course, some Daoist practitioners who cultivate ghosts have ways to deal with this matter.
But since the words had already been spoken, Qiū Shuǐ could only grit her teeth and go ask Jiǔ Shū about it.
Qiu Shui led the female ghost Xiao Yu into the house and saw Jiu Shu scolding Wen Cai Qiu Sheng.
"Wenchai, come down and get the stone mill. Grind some glutinous rice water and soak in it after a bath, your poison will be almost cured." Then Jiu Shu said to Qiusheng with a serious face: "Qiusheng, take advantage of the fact that it's not dark yet, go to the rice shop and buy as much glutinous rice as you can. Also, remember to buy nine black donkey hooves and a bucket of black dog blood from the slaughterhouse. Remember, bring them all back before nightfall, not one less!"
"I know, glutinous rice, black dog blood and black donkey hoof, none of them will be missing." Qiu Sheng heard Jiu Shu's words and knew that the zombies would come to find Tingting tonight. Qiu Sheng was quite concerned about this matter and patted his chest to guarantee it.
After Tingting moved to Yizhuang, Qiusheng and Wencai showed great enthusiasm for Tingting. However, Wencai was a bit dull, while Qiusheng was humorous and knew how to win girls' hearts. Compared to Wencai, being with Qiusheng made him look even more handsome. As a result, Qiusheng and Tingting are now developing rapidly.
When Qiushui and Xiaoyu walked into the house together, Qiusheng and Wencai both stared with wide eyes.
Ninth Uncle also followed the two people's line of sight and came over, but when he saw Xiaoyu, his whole face turned black. He slapped the back of Qiu Shengwen's head hard and shouted: "What are you looking at? Hurry up and go."
"Ah! I know, let's go right away." Chūsei and Bunsai immediately ran out, but as Chūsei left, he secretly gave a thumbs up to Akane and nodded towards Kyūshuku, implying that you've got what was coming to you.
Qiu Shui's heart grew even more anxious after seeing Jiu Shu's face, which was so dark it seemed to be dripping with ink.
