May had a bit of a rude awakening though when the runt refused to listen to her orders at first and clearly did not respect her at all. I holy wasn't all that surprised about sihe little dude probably noticed her o the whole traihing. sidering that it was sorta my fault that the runt had unreasonably high demands for it's trainer I pulled it aside and expihat I was a freak of nature to put it lightly and that most rainers will be far worse tha it. After that it was mostly obedient though did make it clear to May when she made a mistake.-

  The day after that the furniture and decorations pany came with the stuff that beloo Normans family that wasn't personal items. Simple things like the eleid furniture that they got moved in a up. This time the pany used Vigoroth for the muscle to move the items. This was the sed evolution of the Skoth species and had a white furred body that looked like a strange mix between a sloth and an ape as it's limbs ended in long sharp cws but had no fingers.-

  There were a few brown stripes in the middle of it's bad a red tuff of fur between it's eyes. An iing thing to note was that the members of the Skoth line were notoriously zy in both the first and third evolutions but were very powerful. The sed evolution was the only one full of energy and thus usable for work like this. The Truck taining the personal items as well as Normans family arrived after that and I got my first look at the protagonist of the games for the Hoenn region.-

  Normans wife was an older but fairly attractive women with brown hair and freckles that waved at me when she spotted me. Normans kid oher hand had short white hair held up behind a pokeball logo red and bck bandana. He was older than in the games by a good bit but still was simir enough that I reized him immediately. It was rather funny in my opinion how shocked the guy looked when he saw me , Gaia and Vul looking at him from the pasture. I was well aware that I stood out like a sore thumb in terms of both appearand pokemon and merely waved casually.-

  He went into the house at that point while the pokemon movers did their job and brought in the boxes of personal items. It clearly took them a couple of hours to get unpacked and for the movers to leave but afterwards both the mother and soheir new house to make introdus with the rest of the vilge. May left her house shortly after they visited it and headed out of the vilge while fiddling with a small red device that anyone who had pyed the games aught tnize , a pokedex. -

  'It seems she wants to get a headstart oo work on her pokedex without missing the league. Also I wonder if the Birch will meet the protag in the same way as the games despite me training Sly?' I wondered calmly from my spot in the pasture. Much like in the game Birch had left the vilge early this m before the moving people and Normans family arrived and should be on his way baow. Unlike in the game however he has Sly with him and as such should not need rescue.-

  Eventually though the two members of the family present worked up the o e introduce themselves to me. I didn't bme them for their hesitan the matter as my pokemon and I cut an imposing figure. "Hello , I am Haruka and this is my son Brendan. We just moved into the vilge as you saw and wao introduce ourselves." The woman , Haruka , said nervously. "Pleased to meet both of you and my names Alexander Drake , but I go by Alex. I am afraid there has been a slight misuanding however as I am not a resident of the vilge. Merely staying till the start of the league season." I said with a warm smile.-

  I wasn't faking this particur smile though as I was genuinely pleased to meet them or to be more specific Brendan. I don't kly why but it sent a thrill through me to meet a character I had truly ied so much time into. "Anyways the lovely dy and smug pooch here are Gaia and Vul respectively and both my own pokemon." I said pointing at my two mons earning a pleased rumble from Gaia and an annoyed snort from Vul.-

  Apparently my friendly attitude let the two of them rex siderably as they both lowered their tense shoulders aled into more of a fortable stance. "You must be an amazing traio have suht?" Brendan asked with bright eyes that showed his i iter. I chuckled and shook my head "Sorry to disappoint you but I am actually a totally rainer. I got both of these twh a few strokes of good luck before I even got set out on my journey officially. I just o lose most of my memories and survive in the wild first is all." I said with a shrug.-

  "Lose your memories?" Haruka asked fused. I repeated the exact same story I told to Birch to them and they looked horrified. "Goodhat must be terrible to not remember anything and find yourself in the wilderness like that!" Haruka excimed after I finished my story and Brendan nodded in agreement. I smiled "Like I said it's not all that bad since I met these two as a result and am in a better position than I would normally be before my journey." I said holy.-

  "What about your family? Wouldn't they be worried?" Haruka asked seriously. I shook my head "I'm an orphan as far as my id says so not at all." I answered with a shrug. "You've just had a big move so take a moment to rex , I'm fine I promise." I said reassuringly. They left after that but I kept an eye orance of the vilge for Birches return. When he finally walked into view with Sly walking o o him I realized that the events of the story weren't going to happely the same.-

  I approached the man calmly since I had made up my mind on leaving the vilge the day. "Ah Alex! what I help you with?" Birch asked with a smile. "I just figured I should let you know that I will be leaving after my workout tomorrow and thank you for all your help before I did." I said holy. Birch didn't seem all that surprised by what I said "Holy speaking I had expected you to leave before now as even a blind man could see how restless you and your pokemon were getting." He said with a chuckle.
