Inside a throne room, there’s rows of royal looking guards standing in front of a monarch’s throne, as Gregory, Kelsey, Mai and Saige are standing in the front row. The monarch then speaks to them all, “That is why I think- No. I know our assault will work. With us working together, we will be victorious!”. The rows then cheer.

  Days earlier, before that event...

  Kelsey and Mai lay back in Gregory’s living room, on his couch, as Kelsey is playing a handheld video game. Saige then walks in and is passing by the couch on his way to the kitchen, but then begins backing up as he notices Kelsey playing her game. “What’s that you got there?”, asks Saige. “It’s called a video game.”, says Mai “What’s a “video game”?”, asks Saige. Mai then explains, “It’s this thing that allows you to control a character and dictate moves of that character on screen. Right now, Kelsey is using the character to blast demons?”

  Saige looks at the handheld console screen, and sees it’s true. “Is it real or something, like you’re actually controlling someone?”, asks Saige. “No, it’s all fake.”, says Mai. Saige just continues to look at the screen in slight amazement. “Can I try?”, asks Saige. “Sorry, but Kelsey’s trying it right now.”, says Mai. Saige tries to swipe the game from Kelsey, but Kelsey dodges.

  He tries to swipe the game again and again, but Kelsey keeps dodging in a circle. “Ah! Lemme try!”, yells Saige. “Wait your turn! S-Saige!”, says Mai. Saige continues to keep trying to swipe the game. Then General Richter and Gregory just walk into the house and see Kelsey, Mai and Saige. Saige stops and then faces General Richter. “Oh hey, it’s Richter. What’s up?”, says Saige. “Wanted to give thanks for dealing with that Beast Tamer.”, says General Richter.

  “Yeah, no problem.”, says Saige. “It’s what we do.”, says Mai. “Mhm!”, says Kelsey. Saige then tries to swipe the game again, but Kelsey dodges. “Damnit, Kelsey!”, says Saige. “Also, a new assignment for you guys.”, says General Richter as he takes out a letter. General Richter then continues, “Comes all the way from Aurum Kingdom.”. “Aurum Kingdom!?”, exclaims Mai. “Yup.”, says General Richter. “Now listen up to the letter.”, says Gregory.

  General Richter then begins to read. ““Greetings, my name is King Jesse of Aurum Kingdom. I have heard much of your tales in defeating demons, but more importantly, I have heard of Saige, a demon humanoid living amongst you...””

  “Hey, that’s you.”, says Mai. “I’m not a demon.”, says Saige. “Shh.”, says Gregory.

  General Richter then continues, ““...I heard he was responsible for killing greatly intimidating demon generals, and I found that amazing. I wanted to know if Saige would be interested in helping us with our problem. You see, demons have taken control of our fish populus and have been giving us problems for months. We would like Saige’s help in getting rid of this problem once and for all. We would be honoured to have his help. Please, if he accepts the offer, we will give him much money. That is if he succeeds in fixing our problem.

  Saige then speaks up, while rubbing his chin, “I’m already getting famous, eh?”. “Aurum Kingdom!!”, says Mai. “Hey, chill, why are you yelling!?”, asks Saige. “Don’t you know what Aurum Kingdom is?”, asks Mai. Saige shakes his head then tries to swipe the game from Kelsey again, but she dodges. “It’s a kingdom on an island. It’s mainly a beachfront kingdom.”, says Mai. “So?”, says Saige. “Saige, haven’t you ever been to the beach?”, asks Mai. “No.”, says Saige as he tries to swipe the game again, but Kelsey dodges.

  Mai then explains, “Well you’ll love it, there’s water, sand, amusement park rides. Oh I’ll have to pack a swimsuit. You can also borrow one of my swimsuits too Kelsey.”

  Saige then imagines Kelsey and Mai in swimsuits and blows hot air out of his nose.

  “You know, now it sounds interesting, the way you describe it. I may wanna go.”, says Saige. “There’s no, “may”. Either yes or no.”, says General Richter. “Fine. Yes. I’m going.”, says Saige. “Great, I’ll let King Jesse know. Be ready to leave in a few days.”, says General Richter, right before leaving. “EEEE!! This’ll be exciting! I’ll pack my stuff.”, says Mai.
