Set in an alternate low fantasy Massachusetts, it blends titles and tidbits from the works of H.P. Lovecraft (The Colour out of Space, etc) with some quantum chromodynamics and allusions to the Queen of Heaven, along with a women-centered cast and a queer, transfem protagonist.
