However, even saints have personal feelings and cannot completely eliminate joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure. If someone dies and enters the ranking, then it was meant to be and they can't blame others. If someone manages to escape the great calamity, that means they are a person with deep roots and long-lasting good fortune. What do you think?"

  As soon as the words of Taichu Saint Tai Shang Lao Jun fell, Yuan Shi Tian Zun and Tong Tian Jiao Zhu, two saints, were both stunned. Tong Tian Jiao Zhu couldn't help but say: "Good!   "Hong Jun opened his eyes and said: 'As long as there are 365 people on the list, it doesn't matter who is on the list, you three brothers will decide. A hundred years later, the person to be sealed as a god will be born, and at that time, whoever he bows to will be in charge of sealing him as a god, and the Sealing God List will also be sent to the master of that sect.' After finishing speaking, he disappeared from sight."

  All the saints and the demon master Kunpeng saw that Daozu Hongjun had already hidden his body, so they bid farewell to each other and left the Purple Mansion Palace, heading towards their respective Daoist temples.

  Kun Peng was shocked, although he had expected the result of the signing. One person on the list said that as long as one didn't have the cultivation of a true saint, anyone could be on the list, and naturally his own disciples also had this possibility.

  Having gone through the war of witches and goblins, one naturally knows the danger of great calamities, understands the good intentions of teachers, although they all have great virtues to protect themselves, but when great calamities come, who will think about that line of life, how can you care whether you have great virtues on your body, killing you may still have a thread of life, so at the time of great calamity, except for saints, it is possible that they will not kill people with great virtues, lest it affect the gas operation of the sect, while other cultivators will not pay attention to this point.

  Taishang Laojun returned to the Eight Scenic Spots Palace of Dachi Tian and summoned Xuandu, the Great Master of the Mysterious Metropolis, saying: "Xuandu, a hundred years later will be the tribulation of the sealing of gods. All those in our Daoist Three Teachings who have not cut off their three corpses are people within the cycle of fate. Therefore, I hope you do not lightly go down to the lower realm, lest you get stained with the aura of great calamity and fall into the cycle."

  Xuan Du Dharma Master was shocked upon hearing this and hastily asked, "Master, we are already cultivators on the path of immortality, having transcended the Three Realms and not being bound by the Five Elements. How can we still have a predetermined fate?"

  The Supreme Elder Lord replied, "This time the calamity of sealing the gods is due to three reasons. Firstly, the Jade Pure Heavenly Emperor allowed humans to spread the teachings of Buddhism and the four schools of Taoism, causing the disciples to bow their heads and obey others; secondly, the disciples of the Expanding Teachings encountered a killing calamity, which they must complete before continuing their cultivation; thirdly, the heavenly court lacked sufficient manpower to intimidate the multitude of cultivators and manage all matters in the three realms. Therefore, when the infinite calamities arrived, the Ancestor of Taoism bestowed the Sealing Gods List upon the heavenly court to seek more manpower."

  The Supreme Elder paused for a moment, then continued: "The Ancestor of the Tao bestowed the Sealing Gods' List to divide and conquer the eight departments of gods, assisting Emperor Heaven in governing the Three Realms. In fact, this is a good thing for ordinary cultivators. After all, when the infinite calamity arrives, unless one is a saint, all cultivators must settle their karma. In the great calamity, if they are not careful, their souls will scatter and disappear. Although being on the Sealing Gods' List means losing freedom in the future, it's still a thread of hope for survival."

  Xuantu Dafashi heard this and said, "Teacher, you say that none of the three corpses are to be killed, but among the people in the Hongyuan, only the demon master Kunpeng, the old ancestor of Minghe, and the ancestor of Dixian Zhenyuanzi have achieved quasi-sainthood. In my three teachings, however, not a single person can kill the corpse. To say this, all three teaching disciples have the possibility of becoming people on the list of sealed gods."

  The Supreme Venerable Old Lord said, "What you say is not wrong. All the disciples of the Three Religions who have not beheaded the three corpses are people in their predestined fate. However, although the demon master Kunpeng has already had the cultivation of a quasi-sage, he may also be a person in his predestined fate in this calamity."

  Xuantu Dafashi heard this and was somewhat perplexed, asking: "Master, the demon master Kunpeng is already a quasi-saint. According to the words of the Daozu, he has nothing to do with this kalpa, so how can he be a person in the kalpa number?"

  Taishang Laojun said: "If the demon master Kunpeng avoids the world and does not come out in this calamity, he will indeed not suffer from the calamity. However, in the previous war between witches and demons, he had already formed a karma with the demon tribe. When he listened to the Tao in the Zixu Palace before, he also had a karma with Zhunti, one of the two saints of the Western World. The two saints of the Western World have always wanted to enter the Eastern world to preach, and this great calamity is a good opportunity. With Kunpeng's character, he will definitely not let Zhunti get benefits easily, so he must come into the world to hinder Zhunti."

  Xuantu Dafashi said, "Master, the demon master Kunpeng is just a quasi-saint, how can he be an opponent of Quan Ti Shengren? I think he won't be so foolish as to risk his own life and go to provoke Quan Ti Shengren!"

  The Supreme Elder shook his head and said, "Xuan Du, you don't understand the character of Kunpeng. He is a person who holds grudges very deeply. In the past, he lost his sacred position in the Purple Mansion because of Hongyun, so he killed Hongyun with his own hands. Then, Minghe took advantage of the situation and gained benefits from it. Later, Kunpeng borrowed the power of Houtu to reincarnate and find trouble for Minghe again. Do you think he would let Zhunti have an easy time? As for what you said about cultivation, that's nothing at all. After so many years of practice, the demon master Kunpeng has already reached the level of quasi-saint later period, and his own great merits protect him, so Zhunti wouldn't dare to kill him at the risk of heavenly punishment. Since Kunpeng doesn't have a sect, face is not important to him."

  Xuandu Dafashi said: "Teacher, since Zhunti Shengren dare not kill the demon teacher Kunpeng, but can also seal him."

  Lao Shang said, "Not bad, it's not too difficult for a saint to seal an quasi-saint. However, the demon teacher Kunpeng is different from other quasi-saints. Firstly, he has great merits and is favored by the heavens. Secondly, his cultivation is infinitely close to that of a saint. Although I, as a master, cannot see which path he will take to become a saint, in terms of magical power, he is not weaker than Nüwa. With Quan Ti's cultivation, it is fundamentally impossible to seal Kunpeng."
