Gregory, Kelsey, Mai and Saige are gathered in the kitchen. “Okay, before we go out there, we’re going to have to start training.”, says Gregory.

  Cut to later and in the next moment, the four are at a gun range inside the base, as Kelsey, Mai and Saige are each in a shooting range stall, while Gregory stands in the back. The targets at the end of the gun range show circular target markings infront of the silhouette of a typical demon. Each of them aim with assault rifles, that shoot laser shots.

  “These are assault rifles, that shoot holy light. They are supposed to be especially effective on demons.”, says Gregory. “Is that really true, them being effective on demons?”, asks Saige. “We like to think so. They have been blessed by the pastors of Creed Town to produce holy light.”, says Gregory. Saige rolls his eyes as Gregory doesn’t notice. “Now I want you to practise on these targets. Just shoot and try to hit the center. Go!”, says Gregory.

  Kelsey, Mai and Saige shoot multiple shots. Mai is hitting dead center. Saige shoots and misses a few times, then gets mad and shoots up the entire target board. Kelsey shoots and keeps missing the target, “Oh dangit... Oh dangit... Oh dangit.”, says Kelsey after each shot she misses. Gregory just facepalms.

  Cut to later and Gregory, Kelsey, Mai and Saige are in the wilderness, within a clearing in the forest as it’s midday. “Here you will test your mettle. We will fight eachother to improve our combat skills.” says Gregory. First up is Mai verses Kelsey as Gregory and Saige stand to the side. Mai runs in and high kicks at Kelsey. Another moment, Mai punches Kelsey in the gut and she falls to her knees. Another moment Mai trips Kelsey with a low leg sweep. Another moment Mai judo throws Kelsey over her shoulder. Another moment Mai elbows Kelsey in the gut, causing Kelsey to hold her gut then make a “T”, with her hands, calling for a “Time-out”.

  Next, Gregory and Saige face off as Kelsey and Mai stand at the side. Gregory goes into a boxer’s stance as Saige tries to mimic Gregory’s stance. Saige charges at Gregory, then Gregory just judo throws Saige over his shoulder and onto the ground. Another moment Saige charges at Gregory again and gets thrown over the shoulder again. Another moment Saige charges at Gregory and dodges Gregory’s grapple, but then Gregory punches him back.

  Cut to later, Gregory, Kelsey, Mai and Saige get back to Gregory’s quarters and Kelsey and Saige collapse on the couch. “So far, you two are crap. But we’ll get you to be better. Ya just need more training and I’ll be here for it.”, says Gregory.

  Cut to the next day Gregory, Kelsey, Mai and Saige are back at the gun range and Kelsey and Saige seem to be improving as Gregory walks past the back of them.

  Cut to later, Gregory, Kelsey, Mai and Saige are in the forest again, facing off against eachother. First is Kelsey verses Mai, as Kelsey rushes at Mai and dodges a punch, but then gets judo thrown over Mai’s should.

  Next is Gregory verses Saige, as Saige rushes at Gregory, then gets uppercutted in the chin, sending Saige flying into the sky and landing in some trees in the distance.

  Cut to later and Kelsey and Saige are sleeping in their sleeping bags, in Gregory’s living room. Early in the morning, Gregory stomps on the floor to wake them up. And they both look at Gregory irritated. “Training.”, is all Gregory says.

  Cut to later and Gregory, Kelsey, Mai and Saige are back at the gun range. Gregory walks by the back of everyone and sees they’re hitting the target better. Gregory then nods in approval.

  Cut to later and Gregory, Kelsey, Mai and Saige are back in the forest clearing, fighting. Starting with Kelsey verses Mai, as Mai does several jabs at Kelsey, but Kelsey learns to swerve around the blows and block with her outer arms. Gregory nods in approval while watching. Then it’s Gregory verses Saige, as both get into a boxer’s stance, then Saige runs in and dodges all of Gregory’s various grapples and punches. Generally, both fights end up in a tie.

  Cut to later, Kelsey and Saige are sleeping in their sleeping bags in Gregory’s living room, as Gregory then storms in and stomps on the floor. Both Kelsey and Saige wake up looking tired still. “Training!”, shouts Gregory.

  Cut to later and Gregory, Kelsey, Mai and Saige are at the gun range shooting nearly perfect on their targets as Gregory walks by the back of them, admiring the shots and nodding in approval.

  Cut to later, Gregory, Kelsey, Mai and Saige fight eachother in the wilderness clearing again. It starts with Kelsey verses Mai, and the two of them seem pretty even in punching and dodging eachother, then Kelsey gets to swing Mai over her shoulder in the same judo throw Mai did to her. Next is Gregory versus Saige, as Saige generally shows off how good he is at dodging Gregory’s punches. Then Saige jumps in the air and does a downward kick on Gregory’s head, which Gregory blocks with both arms, but then his arms shake as Saige grows his horns out. Suddenly now, there’s a small crater around Gregory’s feet. “Okay. Okay! I yield!”, says Gregory in surrender. Saige just smiles and flips off of Gregory’s arms and lands. “Oh yeah, who’s the tough one now!”, says Saige as he flexes his arms. Gregory just chuckles.

  Cut to later and Gregory stomps on the floor of his living room again. “Training!”, shouts Gregory.
