Kelsey, Mai, Mary and Saige walk through town, heading back to the church the group is staying at. Suddenly, they hear someone behind them talk. “Look, something mangey is being dragged through town.”, the first man says. “Nevermind it’s just Saige and Mary.”, the other man says.

  Saige turns around to address them, with an unamused face. He then sighs. There’s two men standing there about Saige’s age. One has a bald head and dress clothes on, while the other has a buzzcut and preacher clothes on. “Cain and Jacob, I should’ve known. What do you two want?”, says Saige. “We were just hearing you were back in town and wanted to see you.”, says Cain, the one with the bald head. “People were saying you were a demon hunter of sorts now.”, says Jacob, the one with the buzzcut.

  “And what’s it to you two?”, asks Saige, with a now grumpy face on. “You better leave Saige alone.”, says Mary, who's moved to anger. “Or what? Your boyfriend is going to start trouble again?”, says Cain. People start to whisper around them, abit louder than usual. “What’s going on here?”, asks Mai, looking around. Kelsey just shrugs.

  “I hope you don’t overstay your welcome, because you’re not welcome here. Remember that.”, says Jacob. “I get it.”, says Saige. “Now run along to the central church now. And I do hope your cohorts are keeping you in line.”, says Cain. Saige sprouts horns out of his head, just a bit, but they just come out as nubs. “Ha and there it is.”, says Cain. “The monster we know and hate.”, says Jacob. “You know, If you wanna start something...!”, yells Saige, right before stopping himself. Cain and Jacob take a step back.

  “Now Saige that’s enough.”, says Mai. “Yeah, don’t listen to those two, let's just get out of here.”, says Mary. They then begin to walk away toward the church. “Haha, that’s right run!”, says Cain. “Go back to where you came from!”, says Jacob.

  “Real jerks. Saige are you alright?”, asks Mai. Saige just walks, saying nothing for a few seconds, before speaking. “Let’s just get back to the church.”, says Saige. They then go inside the church and decide to just sit in the main hall together. “They really got on your nerves huh?”, asks Mai. “This isn’t the first time. Infact they’re responsible for constantly bullying Saige and turning people on him.”, says Mary. “Really?”, says Mai. “It’s whatever.”, says Saige.

  “It’s not whatever, they’re the reason Saige got kicked out of town!”, Mary says, as she stands up with her fists balled up. “Really!? How so?”, asks Mai. “It all started one day when Cain and Jacob were picking on me for hanging out with Saige and they stole a hair bow I was wearing and began tossing it around between eachother. When Saige caught wind of what was happening, he chased them around town and in the chase the three of them broke a few things along the way. Finally, when Saige caught up to Jacob and Cain, Jacob had a nasty trip and broke his leg. The blame then all fell on Saige and people thought he broke Jacob’s leg and caused all the town damage. From that, Saige got kicked out of town.”, says Mary.

  “That’s so bull! Is that really the reason he got kicked out of town?”, asks Mai, as she stands up with her fists balled up. “Honestly, people resented Saige for awhile, but that incident cemented it into people’s minds. And they thought he was too dangerous to be left living amongst them.”, says Mary. “Wow.”, says Mai.

  “You should beat up Jacob and Cain for real this time.”, says Kelsey. “No, that would only make things worse. The best I can do is find the Beast Tamer, stop him, then get the hell out of this place as soon as I can. No offense to you Mary.”, says Saige. “No. I understand.”, says Mary. Gregory then enters their section of the hall.

  “So is there a reason why you’re all just in the hall? Also hi there.”, says Gregory. “Hi.”, says Mary. “Hey Greg, this is just Mary, my childhood friend.”, says Saige. “Oh well nice to meet you. Sorry Mary, but we got some things to discuss. Do you mind uh...”, says Gregory. “It’s okay, it’s already getting late. I should be heading home soon. I’ll see you later Saige and uh...”, says Mary.

  “Oh yeah, my name is Mai.”, says Mai. “And I’m The Blue...”, says Kelsey right before getting cut off. “Kelsey’s her name.”, says Mai. “I see, well it was nice to meet you two and to see you again Saige. See ya and take care.”, says Mary. The group wave goodbye to her as she leaves.

  “Alright, most info I got from Father Terrance was that the Beast Tamer strikes at night. What about you three?”, asks Gregory. “We got the same info.”, says Saige. “Also, the Beast Tamer apparently can use special music to lure animals away.”, says Mai. “I see. Let’s wait till night, then we’ll go and scout. Something tells me, we could find the Beast Tamer by tonight.”, says Gregory.
